Inligting vir Stalletjie Houers

Geagte Stalletjie houer,

Ons is baie opgewonde oor hierdie jaar se fees. Ons sien uit daarna om saam met julle ‘n feestelike en suksesvolle fees te hou.

Hiermee, net ‘n paar praktiese reëlings asb:
• Elkeen is verantwoordelik vir hul eie tent en/ of gazebo, tafels en stoele.
• Bring asb ‘n lang elektriese koord en ekstra beligting saam.
• ‘n Gekwalifieerse elektrisiën koppel die stalletjies aan die naaste kragbokse. Moet asb onder GEEN omstandighede dit self doen nie. Rapporteer enige probleme aan Jo Ann.
• Ons het ‘n kragopwekker vir beurtkrag. Dit is groot genoeg vir die ligte en basiese krag. Op hierdie stadium sal ons ongelukkig nie enige ‘deep friers’ in beurtkrag kan koppel nie.
• Julle is welkom om vanaf Vrydag oggend 9uur te kom gereed maak (Reël asb met Jo Ann indien jy vroeër wil opslaan).
• Wees asb teen 15:30 gereed. Die hekke maak 16:00 oop.
• Jou stalletjie moet asb die volle duur van die offisiële program oop wees. Indien jou produk uitverkoop: Los asb tent of gazebo tot afslaan tyd dat daar nie lelike oop spasies is nie.
• Vrydag: 16:00 tot 22:00. Saterdag 09:00 tot 22:00.
• GEEN alkahol mag op die gronde ingebring word nie.
• Elke stalletjie kry twee gratis toegangskaartjies vir die naweek (swart ‘wristband’). Beskikbaar by sekuriteit of Jo Ann.
• Voertuie moet asb op die aangewese plekke parkeer word en nie tussen die stalletjies nie.
• Ekstra werkers betaal R60 per persoon vir die naweek.
• Stalletjie houers kan op die gronde kamp teen R250/ persoon/ naweek of praat met Jo Ann oor die Glamping tente wat te huur is.

Information for Stall Holders

Dear Stallholder,

We are very excited about this year’s festival. We look forward to holding a festive and successful festival with you.

With this, just a few practical arrangements please:
• Everyone is responsible for their own tent and/or gazebo, tables and chairs.
• Please bring a long electrical cord and extra lighting.
• A qualified electrician connects the stalls to the nearest power boxes. Under NO circumstances do it yourself. Report any problems to Jo Ann.
• We have a generator for load-shedding. It is big enough for the lights and basic power. At this stage unfortunately we will not be able to connect any ‘deep freezers’ in load shedding.
• You are welcome to come and get ready from Friday morning at 9 o’clock (Please arrange with Jo Ann if you want to start earlier).
• Please be ready by 15:30. The gates open at 16:00.
• Your stall must be open for the full duration of the official programme. If your product is sold out, please leave tent or gazebo until tea time so that there are no ugly open spaces.
• Friday: 16:00 to 22:00. Saturday 09:00 to 22:00.
• NO alcohol may be brought onto the grounds.
• Each stall gets two free entry tickets for the weekend (black ‘wristband’). Available from security or Jo Ann.
• Please park vehicles in the designated places and not between the stalls.
• Extra workers pay R60 per person for the weekend.
• Stall holders can camp on the grounds at R250/ person/ weekend or talk to Jo Ann about the Glamping tents that are for rent.
