- 18h00 – The Ox Braai fire is lit at 18h00 (Takes 24 Hours to Cook
Additional Information:
- Camping Sites are available at the Festival at R50 per person per night
- Friday Evening is a free self-braai – Bring your own meat and we will supply the fire!
- Braai Wood will be available for Sale
- There will be a Bar
- Light Entertainment will be provided
- There will be some entertainment for children

- 06h00 – Registration and Payment for the MTB XC Race (4 Distances – 6.5 km, 35km, 64km and 80km)
- 07h00 – Golf Day Tee Off
- 07h30 – 80 km MTB XC Race Starts
- 07h30 – 6,5km, 35 km and 64km MTB XC Race Starts
- 10h00 Food Stalls, Community fete, Pumpkin carving, Face painting, Pumpkin
throwing activities begin - 11h30 – Mountain Bike race leaders start returning
- 11h30 – Frasers Folly beer stand opens with custom made pumpkin beer
- 12h00 – Bar opens
- 14h00 – Start of Bowls Day
- 15h30 – Weigh in and Judging For the Pumpkin Competition starts
- 17h00 – Prize Award Ceremony for the Cycle Race, Golf, Bowls, Pumpkin Competition and Lucky Draw
18h00 Local Music Variety show begins
- 19h00 – Ox Braai Serving starts
- 19h30 – Dance starts
